  • Proper invoice generation where legally required.

Sellers must follow these guidelines when listing products and services on EdFali:

  • Only list products or services that you have the right to sell.
  • Ensure that all listings comply with EdFali’s policies, local laws, and international regulations.
  • Provide clear and accurate product details, including brand, specifications, and features.
  • Choose the correct category and subcategory for your product or service.
  • Avoid misleading, exaggerated, or deceptive claims in your listings.
  • Do not list duplicate products to manipulate search visibility.

Certain products and services are strictly prohibited or restricted on EdFali. Sellers must not list:

❌ Illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods.

❌ Weapons, explosives, and hazardous materials.

❌ Drugs, controlled substances, or prescription medications.

❌ Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit materials.

❌ Products that infringe on intellectual property rights (copyrighted, trademarked, or patented items).

❌ Financial services, cryptocurrencies, or unauthorized investment schemes.

❌ Lottery tickets, gambling-related services, or pyramid schemes.

❌ Hate speech, violent, or discriminatory materials.

❌ Live animals or endangered species.

For restricted items, sellers must obtain explicit approval from EdFali before listing.

A full Prohibited & Restricted Products Policy is available for reference.

Sellers must ensure their product descriptions and pricing are clear, truthful, and up to date:

  • Provide a detailed and honest description, including:
  • Condition (new, used, refurbished).
  • Size, dimensions, weight, and other specifications.
  • Color, material, and available variations.
  • Do not use misleading titles, tags, or keywords to manipulate search results.
  • Clearly state the total price, including any applicable taxes or additional fees.
  • Discounts and promotions must follow EdFali’s pricing guidelines to prevent deceptive practices.
  • Dynamic pricing (adjusting based on demand) is allowed but must be fair and transparent.

Failure to comply may result in listing removal or penalties.

Product listings must include high-quality images that accurately represent the product.

✅ Minimum image requirements:

  • At least one high-resolution image (recommended: at least 1000 x 1000 pixels).
  • The product must be clearly visible against a neutral or white background.
  • No watermarks, logos, or excessive text overlays that obscure the product.
  • Avoid using misleading stock photos for used or refurbished items.

❌ Prohibited image practices:

  • Using photos of a different product than what is being sold.
  • Blurry, distorted, or low-quality images.
  • Images that contain nudity, violence, or offensive content.

Sellers are encouraged to include videos for product demonstrations when applicable.

Sellers must maintain accurate inventory records to ensure a smooth customer experience:

  • Stock availability must be updated regularly—do not list items that are out of stock.
  • If an item is temporarily unavailable, sellers must pause the listing until it is restocked.
  • Use EdFali’s inventory management tools to automate stock updates and prevent overselling.
  • If an item becomes permanently unavailable, it must be removed immediately from the marketplace.

Failure to manage inventory properly may result in negative customer feedback, order cancellations, or penalties.

Sellers are required to process and ship orders within the stated handling time.

  • Sellers must specify an accurate handling time (e.g., 1-2 business days) in their listings.
  • Orders must be shipped only after payment has been confirmed.
  • Any custom or pre-order products must clearly state the expected processing time.
  • Sellers must comply with EdFali’s shipping policies and any applicable local/international shipping regulations.
  • If using dropshipping or third-party fulfillment, the seller remains fully responsible for order fulfillment and delivery.

🚨 Failure to ship orders on time may result in penalties, order cancellations, or account suspension.

Proper packaging is essential to ensure products arrive in good condition.

  • Secure packaging must be used to protect items from damage during transit.
  • Fragile items must be properly padded and labeled as “Fragile” if necessary.
  • The packaging must comply with logistics providers’ requirements and country-specific import/export rules.
  • Sellers must inspect items before shipping to avoid defects, missing parts, or incorrect shipments.

❌ Prohibited packaging practices:

  • Using unsafe, weak, or inadequate packaging that may cause product damage.
  • Sending incorrect or incomplete orders due to poor quality control.
  • Using misleading branding or fake product packaging that violates intellectual property laws.

📦 Sellers are responsible for any damages caused by improper packaging.

To ensure transparency, sellers must provide valid tracking numbers for all shipments.

  • Tracking details must be uploaded to EdFali’s system within the handling time.
  • The tracking number must be linked to a recognized shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS, national postal services).
  • Sellers must monitor the shipment progress and update buyers in case of delays.

✅ Benefits of providing tracking:

  • Buyers can track their orders in real-time.
  • Reduces disputes and chargebacks related to “item not received” claims.
  • Sellers may qualify for seller protection programs if tracking is provided.

🚨 If a seller fails to provide tracking, EdFali may hold payments or apply penalties.

Delays can happen due to logistics issues, customs clearance, or supply chain disruptions.

  • If an order is delayed, the seller must inform the buyer immediately and provide a new estimated delivery time.
  • If the delay exceeds 7 days beyond the expected timeframe, buyers must be offered the option to cancel the order.
  • Repeated delays without proper communication may lead to negative seller ratings, refund requests, or penalties.

🚨 Sellers must proactively manage supply chain risks to avoid unnecessary delays.

If an order is lost or damaged in transit, sellers are responsible for resolving the issue.

📌 Lost shipments:

  • If a package is lost before delivery, sellers must contact the shipping carrier to investigate.
  • If the carrier confirms the package is lost, sellers must offer the buyer a full refund or replacement.
  • Lost shipments due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer are not the seller’s responsibility, but sellers should assist in resolving the issue.

📌 Damaged shipments:

  • If an item arrives damaged, the buyer must provide photos or videos as proof.
  • If the damage occurred due to poor packaging, the seller is responsible for a replacement or refund.
  • If the damage was caused by the shipping carrier, the seller should file an insurance claim (if applicable) and assist the buyer.

🚨 If sellers frequently experience lost or damaged shipments, EdFali may require them to improve shipping practices or restrict their account.

Sellers on EdFali can receive payments through various secure payment methods.

  • Supported payment options include:
  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
  • E-Wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Bank Transfers (where available)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (for eligible regions and verified sellers)

⚠ Sellers must comply with EdFali’s payment processing policies and any applicable financial regulations in their jurisdiction.

🚨 Misuse of payment processing, including requesting off-platform payments, may lead to immediate account suspension.

EdFali charges transaction fees for each completed sale. These fees cover platform usage, payment processing, and security measures.

📌 Fee Structure:

  • Platform Fee: A percentage of the total sale amount.
  • Payment Processing Fee: A fee applied based on the payment method used.
  • Withdrawal/Payout Fee: A charge for transferring funds to the seller’s bank or payment account.
  • Currency Conversion Fee: If applicable, for international transactions.

⚠ Transaction fees are automatically deducted before payouts.

🚨 Attempting to bypass transaction fees by requesting direct payments is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Sellers receive payouts based on EdFali’s payout schedule, which depends on account status, transaction history, and payment method.

📌 Payout Schedule Options:

  • Standard Payouts: Weekly or bi-weekly (default for new sellers).
  • Fast Payouts: Available for eligible sellers with a proven sales record.
  • Delayed Payouts: For new or high-risk sellers, payouts may be held for security and fraud prevention.

📌 Withdrawal Rules:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount applies to each payout request.
  • Sellers must provide valid bank or payment details for withdrawals.
  • Payouts may take 1-7 business days to process, depending on the payment method.

🚨 Sellers with excessive chargebacks, disputes, or fraud risks may have their payouts delayed or withheld for further review.

A chargeback occurs when a buyer disputes a payment and requests a refund through their bank or payment provider.

📌 Common chargeback reasons:

  • Item not received – The buyer claims they never received the product.
  • Item not as described – The buyer states the product was significantly different from the listing.
  • Unauthorized transaction – The buyer claims their payment was made without consent.

📌 How sellers can prevent chargebacks:

✅ Provide accurate product descriptions and clear images.

✅ Ship on time and provide valid tracking details.

✅ Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and resolve disputes amicably.

✅ Use secure packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

📌 Chargeback Process & Seller Responsibilities:

  • When a chargeback occurs, EdFali may temporarily hold the disputed amount until the issue is resolved.
  • Sellers must provide proof of delivery, product descriptions, and buyer communications to defend against chargebacks.
  • If a chargeback is resolved in the seller’s favor, the funds will be released back to the seller.
  • If a chargeback is granted to the buyer, the seller will be responsible for the refund and may be charged additional fees.

🚨 Sellers with a high chargeback rate may face penalties, increased transaction fees, or account suspension.

Sellers on EdFali must clearly define their return and refund policies to ensure transparency and a smooth buyer experience.

📌 Sellers must specify:

  • Whether returns are accepted (if applicable).
  • Timeframe for return requests (e.g., 7 days after delivery).
  • Conditions for returns (e.g., original packaging, unused, undamaged).
  • Who covers return shipping costs (seller or buyer).
  • Refund processing time once the return is approved.

🚨 Sellers who do not provide a return policy will be subject to EdFali’s default refund rules.

📌 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Digital products (e-books, courses, software licenses) unless defective.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Services already rendered.
  • Items listed as “Final Sale” with no returns allowed.

When a buyer requests a refund, the seller must respond promptly and follow EdFali’s refund procedures.

📌 Refund Processing Steps:

1️⃣ Buyer submits a refund request through the platform.

2️⃣ Seller reviews the request and supporting details (if applicable).

3️⃣ Seller accepts or declines the refund within the given response time.

4️⃣ If accepted, the seller processes the refund within the timeframe stated in their return policy.

5️⃣ If declined, the buyer may escalate the case to EdFali’s dispute resolution team.

🚨 Failure to respond to refund requests within the set timeframe may result in automatic refunds to the buyer.

📌 Best Practices for Handling Refunds:

✅ Communicate professionally and clearly with buyers.

✅ Provide valid reasons if rejecting a refund.

✅ Offer alternative solutions (e.g., exchange, discount).

If a seller and buyer fail to reach an agreement on a refund, the dispute can be escalated to EdFali’s mediation team.

2️⃣ Seller provides evidence (tracking details, product description, messages).

3️⃣ EdFali reviews the case and makes a final decision based on platform policies.

📌 What Sellers Can Do to Avoid Disputes:

✅ Be transparent about product details and pricing.

✅ Provide clear shipping and return policies.

✅ Respond quickly to buyer concerns before disputes escalate.

Chargebacks occur when a buyer disputes a charge directly with their bank. Sellers must proactively manage chargebacks to minimize risks.

📌 Common Chargeback Reasons:

  • Unauthorized purchase.
  • Item not received.
  • Item not as described.
  • Fraudulent transaction.

📌 How Sellers Can Prevent Chargebacks:

✅ Provide tracking information for every shipped order.

✅ Ensure product listings are 100% accurate (images, descriptions, specs).

✅ Use professional customer service to resolve issues before chargebacks occur.

✅ Avoid off-platform transactions, as they are not protected by EdFali.

📌 Chargeback Process:

1️⃣ Buyer disputes a payment through their bank.

2️⃣ EdFali temporarily holds the transaction amount.

3️⃣ Seller is notified and given a chance to provide evidence.

4️⃣ If the dispute is resolved in the seller’s favor, funds are released.

5️⃣ If the dispute is granted to the buyer, the seller must refund the amount.

🚨 Sellers with frequent chargebacks may have their payouts delayed, transaction fees increased, or accounts suspended.
