Welcome to EdFali! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Tajir Global Limited, doing business as EdFali (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Hong Kong, and you (“User,” “you,” or “your”), whether personally or on behalf of an entity.

By accessing or using EdFali and any related websites, mobile applications, services, or other offerings (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services, and you must discontinue use immediately.

We may revise these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website or by sending an email notification. The revised Terms will be effective as of the date specified in the update. By continuing to use EdFali after the changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

EdFali is an e-commerce platform that enables users to buy and sell digital and physical products while supporting multiple payment methods for a seamless transaction experience. EdFali does not own, sell, or control any products listed on the platform. Instead, we provide a marketplace and facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers.

We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or authenticity of the products sold on the platform, nor do we take responsibility for the actions of buyers or sellers. Our role is limited to providing the technology and infrastructure that enable transactions between users.

These Terms are established to:

• Define the legal relationship between EdFali and its users (both buyers and sellers).

• Set forth the rules and guidelines governing the use of EdFali’s Services.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Protect users from fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activities.

To use EdFali, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract.

• If you are registering on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• You must not use EdFali if you have been previously suspended or banned from the platform.

• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using EdFali’s Services.

These Terms are written in English, and this version shall be the official governing version in case of any discrepancies between translations. If a translated version of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version will prevail.


For the purpose of these Terms of Use, the following definitions apply:

• “EdFali” (“we,” “us,” “our”) – Refers to Tajir Global Limited, the company operating the EdFali platform, including its website, mobile applications, and associated services.

• “User” (“you,” “your”) – Any individual or entity that accesses, registers for, or uses the Services, including buyers, sellers, and visitors.

• “Services” – Any functionality, features, tools, or offerings provided by EdFali, including but not limited to the e-commerce marketplace, payment processing services, and any associated digital solutions.

• “Account” – A registered user profile on EdFali, required for accessing certain features, making transactions, and managing activities on the platform.

• “Buyer” – A user who purchases physical or digital products from sellers via EdFali.

• “Seller” – A user who lists, sells, and distributes products (both physical and digital) through EdFali.

• “Transaction” – Any sale or purchase of products or services that occurs through the platform between a buyer and a seller.

• “Payment Processor” – A third-party service provider integrated with EdFali to handle payment processing, settlement, and payouts for transactions.

• “Payout” – The process of transferring funds from EdFali to a seller’s bank account or preferred payment method after a transaction is completed and funds have been cleared.

• “Chargeback” – A dispute initiated by a buyer with their payment provider to reverse a completed transaction.

• “Dispute” – A formal complaint or conflict between a buyer and a seller, or between a user and EdFali, regarding a transaction, payment, or violation of policies.

• “Refund” – The process of returning funds to a buyer, either partially or in full, based on EdFali’s refund policies and seller agreements.

• “Prohibited Products & Services” – Items or services that are not allowed to be listed, sold, or promoted on EdFali due to legal, ethical, or compliance reasons.

• “User Content” – Any content, data, information, or materials that users submit, post, upload, or share on EdFali, including product listings, descriptions, reviews, and messages.

• “Intellectual Property” – All copyrights, trademarks, patents, and proprietary rights related to content, technology, and branding associated with EdFali.

• “Third-Party Service Provider” – Any external entity or company that provides services integrated into EdFali, such as payment gateways, logistics providers, fraud prevention tools, and advertising networks.

• “Force Majeure” – Any unforeseeable event beyond EdFali’s control, such as natural disasters, government actions, cyber-attacks, or global pandemics, that may disrupt service availability.

• “Governing Law” – The legal framework under which these Terms of Use are enforced, as determined by the jurisdiction of Hong Kong.


To access and use EdFali, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

• You must not have been previously banned or restricted from using EdFali due to violations of these Terms.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• If you are registering on behalf of a business or entity, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind the company to these Terms.

We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or terminate accounts that do not meet these eligibility requirements.

To use certain features of EdFali, you must create an account by:

• Providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information, including your full name, email address, business details (if applicable), and payment details.

• Agreeing to comply with EdFali’s terms, policies, and applicable laws.

• Completing any additional verification steps required by EdFali.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or termination.

For security and compliance reasons, EdFali may require users to undergo an identity verification process before activating their accounts. This may include:

• Email and phone number verification.

• Identity verification (e.g., government-issued ID, passport, or business registration certificate).

• Payment method validation to confirm ownership of financial accounts.

We reserve the right to request additional information or reject applications if any provided information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

By registering for an EdFali account, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.

• Not share, sell, or transfer your account access to another person.

• Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized or not.

• Notify EdFali immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, security breaches, or fraudulent activity.

EdFali will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

• Each user is allowed only one account unless otherwise authorized by EdFali in writing.

• Registering multiple accounts for fraudulent activities, circumventing platform restrictions, or manipulating transactions is strictly prohibited.

• If a user is found to be controlling multiple accounts, EdFali reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate duplicate accounts.

• Restrict access to certain platform features.

• Block or withhold funds associated with fraudulent accounts.

EdFali reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities detected on the account.

• Failure to provide required verification documents.

• Excessive chargebacks, disputes, or complaints from buyers or sellers.

• Security breaches or unauthorized access attempts.

Appeal Process:

If your account is suspended or terminated, you may:

1. Contact EdFali support within 7 days of suspension.

2. Provide relevant documents or evidence to support your appeal.

3. Await a review process, which may take up to 14 business days.

EdFali’s decision on account reinstatement is final and at its sole discretion.


EdFali is an e-commerce platform that enables users to sell and purchase digital and physical products through a secure and streamlined online marketplace. Our platform provides:

• Merchant tools for listing, managing, and selling products.

• Payment processing solutions to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers.

• Order management and transaction tracking for seamless fulfillment.

• Security measures and fraud prevention to ensure a safe trading environment.

EdFali does not own, manufacture, store, or ship products; it solely provides the platform and tools to facilitate transactions.

• EdFali is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

• We do not guarantee product quality, authenticity, legality, or delivery.

• We do not act as an agent for buyers or sellers.

• Disputes regarding product quality, delivery, or refunds must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller, except where EdFali’s intervention is explicitly required under our Dispute Resolution Policy.

Our role is limited to providing:

✔ A marketplace infrastructure for digital and physical product sales.

✔ Secure payment processing to facilitate transactions.

✔ Platform support for merchants and buyers.

EdFali aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, but we cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.

• Uninterrupted service in cases of force majeure events (e.g., cyberattacks, natural disasters, government actions).

• Access to all features in certain countries or jurisdictions due to regulatory restrictions.

EdFali reserves the right to:

✔ Limit or restrict access to specific features.

✔ Suspend or discontinue parts of the service at our discretion.

We may modify, enhance, or discontinue certain platform features at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to:

• Introducing new functionalities to improve user experience.

• Removing outdated or underused features.

• Updating payment processing methods for compliance and efficiency.

Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements, and continued use of the platform after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.

To ensure efficient service delivery, EdFali partners with third-party providers for:

• Payment processing (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

• Fraud prevention and identity verification.

• Hosting and cloud storage services.

While we take measures to ensure compliance with security and data protection laws, EdFali is not responsible for disruptions, errors, or failures caused by third-party services.

EdFali may collaborate with affiliate companies or subsidiaries to provide:

✔ Localized payment methods and compliance support in different regions.

✔ Marketing and promotional activities through verified partners.

✔ Technical infrastructure and security solutions to optimize platform performance.

Users acknowledge that certain services may be operated or managed by affiliate companies, and by using EdFali, they consent to such arrangements.


EdFali provides an online marketplace where buyers can purchase products and services from independent sellers. The transaction process follows these steps:

1. Product Listing: Sellers create and manage their product listings with descriptions, pricing, and other details.

2. Purchase Initiation: Buyers select products and proceed to checkout.

3. Payment Processing: Payments are processed through EdFali’s integrated payment system.

4. Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, the order is confirmed, and the seller is notified.

5. Order Fulfillment: Sellers are responsible for delivering the purchased product or service.

6. Transaction Completion: The transaction is marked as complete when the buyer confirms receipt of the product/service.

EdFali does not own, sell, or guarantee the items listed on the platform; it only facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers.

• EdFali provides secure payment processing through trusted third-party payment gateways.

• Payments may be held for verification in cases of high-risk transactions.

• Sellers receive payouts after successful order completion, based on EdFali’s payout schedule.

• Any fees associated with currency conversion or international transactions are the responsibility of the user.

• EdFali reserves the right to withhold or delay payments in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.

Buyer Responsibilities

✔ Ensure they review product descriptions and seller policies before purchasing.

✔ Provide accurate shipping and contact details.

✔ Adhere to EdFali’s payment and dispute resolution policies.

✔ Report fraudulent activity or seller misconduct immediately.

Seller Responsibilities

✔ List products/services accurately and honestly.

✔ Deliver orders within the specified time frame.

✔ Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

✔ Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and EdFali’s policies.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in account suspension or termination.

Sellers must ensure their product listings:

• Are accurate, complete, and non-misleading.

• Do not violate intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights.

• Are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Do not include prohibited or restricted products (see Section 6).

EdFali reserves the right to remove listings that violate these rules.

Users acknowledge that all transactions are conducted at their own risk. Risks may include:

• Misrepresentation of products by sellers.

• Fraudulent activity by buyers or sellers.

• Shipping delays or non-fulfillment.

• Quality issues with purchased items.

EdFali is not liable for:

❌ Product defects, non-delivery, or misrepresentation by sellers.

❌ Financial losses due to fraudulent transactions.

❌ Disputes between buyers and sellers unless explicitly stated in EdFali’s policies.

Users are encouraged to conduct due diligence before engaging in transactions.

• Chargebacks initiated by buyers are subject to investigation.

• EdFali may suspend seller payouts during dispute resolution.

• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

• Disputes must be resolved through EdFali’s dispute resolution system before escalating to legal action.

EdFali’s decision on disputes is final and binding.

• Sellers are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes.

• Buyers may be charged sales tax or VAT based on their location.

• EdFali does not provide tax advice and is not liable for tax-related compliance issues.

• Sellers are responsible for managing shipping and delivery.

• Buyers must review shipping terms before placing an order.

• EdFali is not responsible for delivery delays, damages, or lost shipments.

• Disputes related to shipping should be resolved directly between the buyer and seller.


EdFali is committed to maintaining a safe, legal, and ethical marketplace. The following categories of products and services are strictly prohibited on our platform:

A. Illegal or Unlawful Items

❌ Counterfeit goods (fake brand-name products, replicas, or knockoffs).

❌ Stolen or illegally obtained goods.

❌ Unauthorized pharmaceuticals or prescription drugs.

❌ Controlled substances, recreational drugs, and drug paraphernalia (including cannabis, synthetic drugs, and related accessories).

❌ Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and related accessories.

❌ Hacking tools, spyware, malware, or software designed for illegal activities.

❌ Any product or service that violates intellectual property laws (pirated content, unauthorized reselling of copyrighted materials).

B. Financial and Fraudulent Services

❌ Fake identification documents or services.

❌ Credit repair, fake investment opportunities, Ponzi schemes.

❌ Cryptocurrency trading, mining rigs, and financial scams.

❌ Debt collection services that do not comply with local laws.

C. Adult Content & Services

❌ Pornographic content, escort services, adult entertainment, or sexual enhancement drugs.

❌ Prostitution or any form of sexual solicitation.

❌ Products promoting pedophilia, incest, bestiality, or any other illegal sexual activity.

D. High-Risk and Restricted Items

❌ Live animals, endangered species, or products made from endangered species.

❌ Gambling-related products, betting services, and lottery tickets.

❌ Fireworks, explosives, or hazardous chemicals.

❌ Unlicensed alcohol or tobacco products.

Certain products and services may be allowed on EdFali but are subject to additional restrictions and compliance requirements. Sellers must verify and comply with local and international laws before listing these items.

A. Age-Restricted Products

✔ Alcohol, tobacco, and e-cigarettes – Allowed only where legally permitted and must include proper age verification.

✔ CBD and hemp products – Permitted only in regions where legally approved and must follow all labeling and licensing requirements.

B. Regulated Financial Services

✔ Legal investment services – Must be operated by licensed financial institutions.

✔ Loans and credit services – Must comply with all consumer protection laws.

C. Medical & Healthcare Products

✔ Medical devices and supplements – Must comply with FDA, EU, or other regulatory approvals.

✔ Personal protective equipment (PPE) – Allowed only if certified and compliant with safety regulations.

D. High-Risk Services

✔ Legal services, immigration services – Must be operated by licensed professionals.

✔ Psychic readings, astrology services – Allowed with clear disclaimers that they are for “entertainment purposes only.”

Sellers must obtain explicit approval from EdFali for any restricted product listings.

All sellers and buyers using EdFali must comply with:

✔ Local and international trade laws.

✔ Export and import restrictions.

✔ Product safety and labeling regulations.

✔ Tax compliance laws in their jurisdiction.

✔ Consumer protection laws applicable to their business.

EdFali’s Right to Enforce Compliance

• We monitor product listings and may remove any non-compliant items at our discretion.

• Users violating these policies may face account suspension or permanent bans.

• Sellers must immediately comply if notified about violations or required changes.


EdFali supports multiple payment methods to ensure seamless transactions for both buyers and sellers. The following payment options are available:

✔ Credit & Debit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

✔ E-Wallets – Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal

✔ Bank Transfers – Direct payments via supported banks

✔ Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available in supported regions

Sellers must ensure they comply with local regulations regarding payment acceptance. EdFali reserves the right to modify or remove certain payment options based on business or regulatory requirements.

Sellers on EdFali are subject to transaction fees and service charges for each completed sale. These fees may include:

• Platform Fee: A percentage of the total transaction value.

• Payment Processing Fee: Charged based on the selected payment method.

• Withdrawal/Payout Fee: Applied when sellers request a transfer of funds to their bank account.

• COD Processing Fee: If a seller opts for Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional COD processing fee applies.

Fee structures vary depending on the seller’s location, product category, and selected payment method.

💡 Important Note: Transaction fees may be deducted automatically from the seller’s balance before funds are released.

• Payments for completed transactions are held securely until the order is fulfilled.

• Sellers receive payouts according to EdFali’s payout schedule (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

• Payouts are subject to minimum withdrawal limits and may take 1-7 business days to process, depending on the payment method.

💳 For COD transactions:

• Once a COD order is completed, EdFali collects the payment from the buyer and settles the amount with the seller, deducting applicable COD processing fees.

• If a seller has an insufficient balance, the COD transaction fee may be charged directly from their linked payment method (e.g., credit card or bank account).

EdFali has strict refund and chargeback policies to protect both buyers and sellers:

🔹 Refunds:

• Refunds are processed based on the seller’s return policy and EdFali’s Buyer Protection Policy.

• If a buyer qualifies for a refund, the amount is deducted from the seller’s balance.

🔹 Chargebacks:

• If a buyer disputes a payment, EdFali may temporarily hold the seller’s funds until the dispute is resolved.

• Sellers must provide evidence (shipping proof, invoices, communications) to defend against chargebacks.

• Repeated chargebacks may result in higher transaction fees, penalties, or account suspension.

To prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions, EdFali implements:

✔ AI-driven fraud detection systems

✔ Identity verification for sellers

✔ Two-factor authentication (2FA) for high-risk transactions

✔ Automatic flagging of suspicious payment activities

✔ PCI DSS compliance for secure payment processing

⚠ EdFali reserves the right to:

• Withhold payouts for further security reviews.

• Request additional KYC (Know Your Customer) verification from sellers.

• Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activities.

• EdFali supports multi-currency transactions, allowing international buyers and sellers to trade easily.

• Payments may be processed in local currency, but sellers may receive payouts in USD or their selected currency.

• Exchange rates are automatically updated based on market conditions, and conversion fees may apply.

💰 EdFali is not responsible for losses due to currency fluctuations. Sellers should monitor exchange rates before requesting payouts.

• Sellers are responsible for reporting and remitting taxes (including VAT, GST, or sales tax) as per their country’s regulations.

• EdFali may collect and remit taxes on behalf of sellers in jurisdictions where legally required.

• Sellers must provide accurate tax documentation (e.g., tax ID, VAT number) to comply with local and international tax laws.

🚨 Failure to comply with tax obligations may lead to account suspension or additional penalties.


• Refunds are only applicable to specific transactions where the seller has explicitly stated a refund policy.

• Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the seller’s return policy.

• Refund eligibility is determined based on compliance with the product/service description, seller’s policies, and applicable laws.

• Digital products and services may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• Sellers are responsible for clearly stating their return and refund policies on their product listings.

• If a buyer requests a refund under a valid policy, the seller must process it within the designated period.

• Sellers must ensure that return instructions (if applicable) are provided to the buyer.

• In cases where a refund is due but not processed by the seller, EdFali reserves the right to intervene and facilitate the refund process, potentially deducting the amount from the seller’s balance.

• Buyers must review and agree to a seller’s refund policy before purchasing.

• If a return is required, the buyer must ensure the item is in its original condition and returned as per the seller’s instructions.

• Buyers must provide valid proof (such as order details, transaction receipts, and communication with the seller) when requesting a refund.

• Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., fraudulent claims, excessive refund requests) may result in account suspension or termination.

• Certain transactions are final and non-refundable, including:

• Digital products (e-books, software, online courses) unless explicitly stated by the seller.

• Customized or personalized items.

• Services that have already been rendered.

• Any transaction that violates EdFali’s policies or is suspected of fraud.

• In cases where a refund is not applicable, buyers may seek dispute resolution through EdFali’s complaint process.


• EdFali does not directly handle shipping or logistics; all shipping responsibilities fall on the seller.

• Sellers must clearly specify shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and associated costs before the buyer completes a purchase.

• Tracking information must be provided where applicable to ensure transparency and buyer confidence.

• The seller is responsible for ensuring proper packaging and handling of the product to prevent damage during transit.

• Sellers must comply with all local and international shipping regulations and ensure that restricted or prohibited items are not shipped.

• Estimated delivery times must be communicated accurately by the seller at the time of purchase.

• Delays due to logistics issues, customs clearance, or force majeure events must be communicated to the buyer as soon as possible.

• If a seller repeatedly fails to meet promised delivery timelines, EdFali reserves the right to take corrective actions, which may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent removal from the platform.

• Buyers are encouraged to report excessive delays or failure of delivery through EdFali’s dispute resolution system.

• The seller is responsible for handling any lost or damaged shipments as per their stated shipping policy.

• If a package is lost in transit, the seller must work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and, where applicable, issue a refund or resend the item.

• If an item arrives damaged, the buyer must provide photographic or video evidence to the seller within the specified claims period.

• Sellers are encouraged to offer shipping insurance for high-value items to protect against loss or damage.

• EdFali is not liable for shipping-related issues but may intervene in disputes where necessary.


• EdFali, including its name, logo, trademarks, website, software, and platform content, is the exclusive property of Tajir Global Limited.

• All elements of the platform, including source code, databases, software, website design, text, graphics, images, videos, and other digital assets, are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

• No part of EdFali’s platform, branding, or content may be copied, modified, republished, distributed, or used without express written permission from EdFali.

• Users may submit, post, or upload content to EdFali, including product listings, reviews, images, and other media.

• By submitting content, the user grants EdFali a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license to use, copy, modify, display, and distribute the content for purposes of marketing, platform improvement, and service operation.

• Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the legal rights to use and upload any content.

• EdFali does not claim ownership of user-generated content but reserves the right to remove, edit, or restrict content that violates platform policies or intellectual property rights.

• Users may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or exploit any part of EdFali’s content, software, or proprietary materials for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

• Unauthorized use of EdFali’s brand, images, trademarks, or content may result in legal action.

• Automated tools such as scraping, data mining, or reverse engineering to extract data from EdFali’s platform are strictly prohibited.

• EdFali respects intellectual property rights and complies with copyright laws, including the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) and other international regulations.

• If a user believes their copyrighted content, trademark, or intellectual property has been infringed upon, they may file a Copyright/Trademark Infringement Notice by contacting EdFali’s legal department at:

• The complaint must include:

• A detailed description of the copyrighted work or trademark in question.

• Proof of ownership.

• EdFali will review and take appropriate action, which may include removal of the content and potential legal action against repeat violators.


By using EdFali, users agree to:

• Use the platform in good faith and for lawful purposes only.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete account information and update it as necessary.

• Be fully responsible for their account security, transactions, and interactions on the platform.

• Ensure that their use of EdFali’s services does not violate any applicable laws, policies, or third-party rights.

• Act professionally and ethically when engaging in buying, selling, or communicating with other users.

Users must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• E-commerce laws governing online transactions.

• Consumer protection laws regarding product descriptions, warranties, and fair trade.

• Data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) concerning the collection and handling of personal data.

• Payment processing regulations, including fraud prevention measures.

• Tax laws, ensuring proper reporting and compliance with VAT, sales tax, or other applicable taxes.

• International trade laws, including import/export restrictions on certain products.

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to collect or extract data from the platform.

• Interfere with the platform’s operation, including hacking, exploiting security vulnerabilities, or introducing malware.

• Impersonate other users, businesses, or entities for fraudulent purposes.

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, EdFali employees, or third-party partners.

• Engage in spamming, phishing, or unauthorized solicitation of users or businesses.

• Circumvent payment processing policies by directing transactions outside of EdFali’s platform.

EdFali strictly prohibits:

• Account misuse, including the creation of multiple accounts for fraudulent activities.

• Payment fraud, such as using stolen credit cards, fake chargebacks, or identity theft.

These provisions ensure that EdFali retains its legal protections and rights even after a user ceases using the platform.
